Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Ingredients:

• 3 tsp. salt
• 3 tsp. allspice
• 2 tsp. thyme
• 2 tsp. sugar
• 2 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp. dried minced onion
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

1. Mix all spices thouroughly. Store in airtight container.
