Roasted Colored Peppers

Ingredients:

  • red, orange and yellow peppers
  • cooking oil
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Wash peppers, cut open and remove seeds.
  3. Slice each pepper into strips.
  4. Place in glass 9×13 pan.  Toss with small amount of oil.
  5. Sprinkle with spices, if using.
  6. Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
