Roasted Cauliflower

Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash cauliflower and cut into florets.
  3. Place in single layer in a 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Mix the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper.
  5. Pour over cauliflower and toss to cover all sides.
  6. Roast in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
