Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Wash cauliflower and cut into florets.
- Place in single layer in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper.
- Pour over cauliflower and toss to cover all sides.
- Roast in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
