Make Meal Planning a Habit – 7 Day Meal Plan Included

Meal planning!  Make it a habit!  It’s so much easier to eat healthy if you have a plan.  And weeknights go so much more smoothly because you don’t have to wonder what to make…it’s already planned out.  And if you meal plan and check it daily, you can thaw your meat the night before.  When you sit down to plan, check your pantry/fridge for the foods/ingredients you will be using and you’ll know just what to buy.  Meal planning cuts down on food waste.  So many reasons to make meal planning a priority!

I meal plan every Thursday because I tend to shop for groceries on Friday.  Most days/nights I stick to the plan but sometimes I rearrange the days.  I thought I’d share my evening meal plans with you for the next week.  I hope to show you how easy it is to eat healthy and how to LIVE FREE from the stress of preparing dinner.  My notebook that contains my meal plan is listed Friday through Thursday, but here I’ll just use numbers.

These meals are all what I consider healthy and are gluten and dairy free. As you’ll see, many are low-carb.

I hope you enjoy this resource!  Let me know in the comments, on Facebook or Instagram.
