No Bake Almond Coconut Cookie Balls. These are a gooey, yummy, delish treat!
Why Make These No Bake Almond Cookie Balls?

- Contain healthy fats
- Naturally gluten free, dairy free, and soy free
What ingredients to use?
- Use almond butter made from scratch (see how here) or find a store bought variety that has no sugar in it
- Use 100% pure maple syrup…not pancake syrup
- Use coconut milk powder (I like this brand)
- Find unsweetened coconut shreds
- Flaxmeal

No Bake Almond Coconut Cookie Balls
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond butter
- 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup powdered coconut milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
- 1/4 cup flaxmeal
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients well.
- Using your hands, shape into 12-15 balls.
- Place on plate and chill in refrigerator.
- One chilled put in a covered container and store in refrigerator.
