Roasted Dill Carrots
Ingredients:
- 2 cups baby carrots (or regular carrots cut into baby carrot size)
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss carrots with olive oil.
- Place carrots in 9×13 pan.
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and toss with dill weed.
- Return to oven and roast for 5 more minutes or until desired tenderness.
