Red Grape Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sliced, red, seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 T. coconut sugar
- 4 drops liquid stevia
- 4 T. chopped walnuts
Directions:
- Place grapes in a bowl.
- Combine all other ingredients well and pour over grapes.
- Stir to cover grapes and store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
