Italian Roasted Zucchini and Summer Squash

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut your zucchini and squash into chunks.
  3. Cut your red onion into wedges and then into smaller wedges.
  4. Place vegetable in glass pan.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil
  6. Sprinkle with Italian Herb Seasoning.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
