Italian Bean Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans great northern beans drained, soaked, and drained again
  • 2 cans pinto beans drained, soaked, and drained again
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 T. beef bouillon granules
  • 1 T. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can cut green beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Remove bay leaf before eating.
