Grain Free Sandwich Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
- 1 cup flax meal
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 4 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
- In a different bowl, combine the eggs, egg whites, oil and vinegar.
- Whisk eggs and oil until well combined. Pour into dry mixture.
- Stir to combine completely.
- Spray the sides and bottom of a 4 by 8 bread pan.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from pan and cool on cooling rack.
