Grain Free Sandwich Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup arrowroot powder
  • 1 cup flax meal
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil
  • 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  3. In a different bowl, combine the eggs, egg whites, oil and vinegar.
  4. Whisk eggs and oil until well combined. Pour into dry mixture.
  5. Stir to combine completely.
  6. Spray the sides and bottom of a 4 by 8 bread pan.
  7. Pour batter into pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  8. Remove from pan and cool on cooling rack.
