Vegan Ranch Dressing

• 1 cup Mindful Mayo (or regular mayo)
• 1/4 cup rice milk buttermilk (Pour 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice in liquid measure and add rice milk to equal 1/4 cup) (or use cow's milk)
• 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
• 1/2 tsp. dried chives
• 1/4 tsp. dill weed
• 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp. onion powder
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. black pepper

1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Place in sealable container.
3. Refrigerate.
