Three Bean Chili

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Saute onion in oil for 5 minutes or so.
  3. Add chilis and garlic and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer with lid on, for 30 minutes.  Stir occasionally.
  6. Serve over hot, cooked gluten free pasta if desired.
