Kale Chips

Kale Chips

Ingredients:

  • One head of kale
  • Cooking spray
  • Salt

Directions:

  1. Wash kale leaves and drip dry in a colander.
  2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  3. Tear leaves from the stem.
  4. Place leaves on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spray leaves with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Bake for 11-13 minutes until dry and crispy.
