No Bake Almond Coconut Cookie Balls

No Bake Almond Coconut Cookie Balls. These are a gooey, yummy, delish treat!

Why Make These No Bake Almond Cookie Balls?

  • No hot oven needed

  • All real food ingredients
  • Satisfying
  • Contain healthy fats
  • Naturally gluten free, dairy free, and soy free

What ingredients to use?

  • Use almond butter made from scratch (see how here) or find a store bought variety that has no sugar in it
  • Use 100% pure maple syrup…not pancake syrup
  • Use coconut milk powder (I like this brand)
  • Find unsweetened coconut shreds
  • Flaxmeal

No Bake Almond Coconut Cookie Balls

From: Peggy of Living Free Health and Life

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/4 cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup powdered coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1/4 cup flaxmeal

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients well.
  2. Using your hands, shape into 12-15 balls.
  3. Place on plate and chill in refrigerator. 
  4. One chilled put in a covered container and store in refrigerator.
