Red Grape Salad

Yum! Yum! Yum!

This grape salad is sure to please everyone’s palate!

We were tired of eating grapes plain and had to use them up before they went bad so I created this recipe from scratch.  And it turned out awesome the first time around!

It’s been a long time since I posted a recipe here…I’m busy writing a second cookbook and plan to put this one in it.  You can find my first cookbook, Great Food Gluten and Dairy Free – 125 Delicious Allergy Friendly Recipes on Amazon as a paperback or Kindle.  It is something you can’t live without.  Seriously.  There is good stuff in it!

I also have been in school getting my health and life coaching certificates and will be taking on clients anywhere in the United States starting in August. Please like that Facebook page—Living Free Health and Life Coaching—for updates.

Enjoy this grape salad (as a salad or dessert) that is gluten, dairy, soy, egg and refined sugar free at your picnic this summer!
