      1. I made gluten free stuffing last Christmas and Thanksgiving and we thought it tasted really good. I make it with all the same ingredients I used before I was diagnosed with celiac disease, except that they are all gluten free. I guess it depends on whether you like dry stuffing or moist stuffing too, I saute lots of onions and celery in butter, add in some mashed potatoes and poultry seasoning, herb and garlic seasoning and I also add in some gluten soup stock to give it some added moisture. I find if you season it up enough you don’t really notice that it is gluten free bread.

  1. We’ve been doing GF Thanksgiving for 8 years now for our daughters. There is always room for improvement! I love learning new recipes for the Holidays.

  2. I’d like to have a gluten/dairy/egg/legume/flax/corn free sweet potato pie filling because I can’t eat pumpkin anymore, and I sure do miss pumpkin pie.

  3. I would be very blessed to receive this. Every allergy out their seems to have my name on it. I am very safe with a ton of organic vegetables along with nuts and seeds.

  4. I haven’t flub the perfect gluten free/dairy free spritz cookie yet. My brother in law got pretty close last year. I mean, if ever a cookie needed some gluten to hold its shape, it’s spritz, and we’re talking about a cookie that’s basically all butter.

  5. I have not yet lived through the holidays without gluten… and I am wanting things like turkey stuffing, molasses cookies, and Yorkshire pudding with my Christmas day prime rib!! How will I make it deliciously through the holidays without my childhood memory foods?? Hoping this resource can help!
