Now that it is September, it’s time to start thinking about fall foods like soups and stews. And what about a roast with a nice beef gravy? Don’t forget that Thanksgiving turkey! You’ll need good gravy, won’t you?

If you have been following me for some time, you may recall the reviews I did in the past. You can read the first one here, and the second review here. Please read them to familiarize yourself with the product. Keep in mind I didn’t try every product as some contain milk. However, the ones I tried were very delicious! Much better than other off the shelf mixes, plus these have the added benefit of being gluten free!
The complete set includes Beef, Chicken, Pork and Turkey Gravies. It also includes Beef, Chicken and Cream Soup Stocks, as well as Alfredo, Cheese, and Vegetarian Mushroom Sauce Mixes. Please note that the Alfredo and Cheese Sauces contain a lot of milk, whey or other milk products as they use real cheese. The Cream Soup and Vegetarian Mushroom contain sodium caseinate from milk. Paul from Full Flavor Foods tells me that in these last two they only contain 1/10th of 1% caseinate, and is primarily coconut oil and are lactose free.
Keep in mind that Full Flavor Foods uses REAL meats for authentic flavor. If you are gluten free and dairy free (like me), you can always give away the packets containing milk to a friend (if you win). I’m betting they are pretty good.
